ZC'S Ceramic knife gate valves have one piece integral body design to reduce flow resistance.
2. Inlet seat and outlet seat are ceramics materials. Because high hardness and high strength of high pure 99% Al2O3 ceramics, Foyo ceramic knife gate valves have much longer service life than general metal seated knife gate valves in similar conditions.
3. The gates of ceramic knife gate valves are hardened with nitriding treatment, Tungsten carbide T.C. or hard Chrome to improve working performance.
4. Several structures of ceramic knife gate valves are available on customers' requirement.
5. The actuation of FOYO ceramic knife gate valves can be hand wheel, pneumatic cylinder, electric motor and hydraulic actuator, special requirements are available on customer’s requirement

ZC ceramic knife gate valve is application as an on-off media containing high –hardness grains ,such as cinder water , or for pipelines with both soft grains and corrosive media .its nominal pressure is 1.0 Mpa ,and application temperature≤150℃ 。the sealing surface adopts had seal , and all medium contacting parts are made of structural ceramic withextremely high chemical stability and hardness .Therefor , it has extremely strong resistance to abrasion ,corrosion and erosion .good heat insulation and small thermal expansion . Its feed inlet is fully through without any blocks and it has strong abrasion resistance a good seal ability and a small strating load , with little ash seizure or accumulation .It adopts a high-grace toughened structural ceramic seal ,featuring high mechanical  strength  ,strong abrasion resistance ,a long service life and a compact structure which can be installed at any angle
