Product Description

Characteristice:

This valve is applicable for discharge and transportation of dry ash systmstems in power plants and storehouse pumps,or can be used as an on-off for pipelines containing abrasive dry ash. Water(such as cinder water) and the like in mines, papermaking, chemical engineering and so on, as an on-off for pipe lines with both soft grains and corrosive media, lts working nominal pressure is 1.MPa applicable temperature≤200℃, and air supply pressure 0.6-0.8MPa.

After the valve is closed, it’s fully sealed in any direction, it’s middle body adopts WCB steel casting and seamless steel pipe welding, Its sealing surface adopts a hard sealing element.

Its feed inlet is fully through without any blocks. And it has an antl-blockage blowing unit, with strong abrasion resistance. a good seal blowing unit, with strong abrasion resistance, a good seal ability, a small starting load and with little ash seizure or accumulation.

It adopts a high-grade toughened structural ceramic seal, featuring high-mechanical strength, strong abrasion resistance. a long service life and a compact structure, which can ben installes at any angle.

2. Two-side sealing can realized due to double disc structure of the pneumatic ceramic double disc gate valve.

3. It inserts spring between double valve discs to ensure self- sealing through bi-directional flexible preload pressure of spring, having characteristics of low pressure bi-directional sealing and without dust clogging phenomenon in the process of the opening and closing of valve。

4. The valve disc rotational motion can avoid the ash deposition on the sealing surface during opening and closing, so the valves have much longer service  

5. The blow sweep port or automatic blow sweep device can be set on the valve body according to different operating conditions.
